Great food. They have the best smash burgers around.
Stopped at Perlicks tonight and grabbed some food at the papa smash truck and it did not disappoint!!! The lobster roll is AMAZING!!!! If you have not had it yet you are missing out!!!! Also grabbed a double bacon smash burger and of course it was absolutely delicious! I have been in search of a really good burger for a while now and I found it tonight!! The smash burger truck is my fave burger place!! My go-to is the single papa mack on brioche, but I tried the Perlick whiskey burger today and it was amazing!! Highly recommend!
