Surprisingly impressed with the quality and taste of the food. This was an impromptu choice to kill time and do a small celebration. Would definitely eat here again if we are in the area. The spider roll was a big hit with our party of 8

We had an order tonight SpiderMan roll, and FoxPoint roll was awful. Fish and the foxpoint roll were spread thinly, and tiny really came down with size.
Spiderman roll with unclean shrimp with shell .
One of the best rolls is Internal love and Shangri-la.
Plus, they add 6.4% taxes . Why?
We usually have never been picky about it, but we guys have to get together and sue them for scams because It's illegal in wisconsin.

I'm really hoping the owners hear this constructive criticism and improve. The food is great, we eat and take-out from here several times per year.

Ordering online - is a nightmare. I always forget until I'm trying to check out. They FORCE you to create an account to checkout. No guest checkout. Of course you've forgotten the password, because who remembers a random restaurant account password? So then you've got to go through and reset it, getting a link in your email, before you can go back to finish your order. Then, even though you have an account and they can show you everything you've ever ordered, they make you reconfirm your phone number by texting a code before you can place your order. You have made this process so tedious I always ask why I'm ordering at all?

Put a simple guest checkout, that takes no longer than 1 minute. Please!!

Very good sushi, of note they have brown rice, cooked well and tastes great. It's not on the menu but available on any roll for 1$ more. This is rare at MKE sushi restaurants and makes Ginza a great place for those looking for healthier options. Notably, they don't have hibachi, but do have ramen bowls that are tasty and generous in size.

Dietary restrictions: Great place for brown rice sushi. Lower Glycemic index, makes it more diabetic friendly.

Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed the ramen bowls, edamame, and yakatori chicken.

I ordered sashimi and I was not disappointed. The slices are thick and the quality of fish is comparable to decent sushi restaurants I’ve been to on the coast. The price point is also very appealing for the quantity and quality of food. I highly recommend this spot for good sashimi!

Excellent place for sushi. I can’t say for sure, but we had our 4th trip here tonight and they seemed to have a new updated lineup of specialty rolls. All 5 rolls we tried were incredibly fresh and unique. We now prefer to dine at Ginza over Kawa in wfb, and on par with Hungry Sumo in bay view. So glad to have this place close to home

Solid maki and sushi, along with the usual selection of shop specialty maki.Rolls were smaller than other places, but good. Dinners come with soup and ginger salad, so filling overall.Very clean bathrooms to boot!
