Stopped in to have lunch about 2pm the girl behind the counter was to busy to come take my order was on the phone . I can see how come it was empty no one eating

So I ordered on doordash and wasn't able to leave any special instructions because Burger King hasn't opted into that feature. However it said to call them so I did I had no more than place my order when I called them I hit send. I was calling only to ask for no ketchup on my burger and was told that my burger was already made and done and they wouldn't do that I asked for extra ice in my drink they wouldn't do that either I was treated like it was too much of a bother to even be dealt with. How sad that patrons that makes our business thrive aren't even given common courtesy of truth and even allowed an extra bun without ketchup on it it's no wonder I've seen Burger King go down twice in Beaver Dam and I'm sure it'll happen again do the service like that. I can guarantee you I won't be calling going or doordashing through them.

Waited in drive 5 min, no greeting, checked with the one other car in drive that was there before us, they were not greeted either, honked the horn incase drive was broken or something to get attention (nobody else in drive and loby was dead) staff popped on and asked if we honked and immediatly and rudely told us to leave. This location is horrible and should be shut down, they mess up orders constantly and are almost always rude. Would give less than one star if i could. Also contacted corporate yet again. 2-18 around 4pm

I never really understand how "so many" people have such a horrible experience here. I go here a lot for myself and my family and we've only had one problem and they took care of it right away. No one in this god forsaken world is perfect, we are all human. We make mistakes. It's life. Move on.
My family and i went to burger king and we stood there for 25 minutes and no one helped us and acording to the maniger only one person can take orders but that person was busy there were 5 or 6 people working there and not one of them helped me and my family

We stopped there tonight for a quick bite. The cashier in the drive-thru was wonderful! Very polite, efficient, and genuinely kind. Aidan deserves this recognition for great customer service!! He has a bright future ahead of him.

Food is great and the service is friendly and timely. The staff is very welcoming and the food is usually quick and fresh. The last time we came in everything was fine until the manager showed up and started yelling at the staff infront of customers. No one should be treated the way that woman treated those kids.
