I’ve ordered through door dash from this location multiple times, and more than one occasion the order has showed up with missing items.
I called the store to ask to talk to a supervisor and was denied that option, the worker was not helpful fixing the issue whatsoever telling me to do it all through door dash, when it was Jersey mikes fault the item was left on the counter next to the bag when they handed it to the delivery driver.
Jersey Mikes is hands down the friendliest, clean and inviting sub restaurant. The Beaver Dam staff especially is always smiling, quick, thorough and ready to help! You get what you pay for- the freshness of all the produce is my favorite
Finally tried Jersey Mikes that opened nearby a few months ago. Awesome. I had a cold sub Mikes way (#9) and it was one of the best subs I've had! it must be the "juice", idk. Hubby had the Buffalo chicken one and loved that, too. We will definitely be back!
