This place only does ice cream. And only open for a certain time of the year. They have always been great at completing orders quickly, even with a line of people waiting. My only issue is they were randomly closed during posted operation hours. No idea why.
The ice cream is always great, no doubt. My only complaint would be pieces, a small-large blizzard here is $1-1.5 more than at some other DQs. Which I understand is due to them being a small business. But that's my reason for a 4 star. If prices ever lowered a little, I'd raise to a 5 without hesitation
$5.00 SlushI am confounded. I decided to treat myself to a slush, stopped in at Dairy Queen ordered the large mango slush, and was shocked to hear it was $4.95 with tax. This reminds me of the $5 shake from Pulp Fiction. Truth be said, the slush was delicious, so I give them 5 stars for taste and 1 for value.
