I had a great experience at this Dunkin location. I travel around a bit and have been to quite a few Dunkin Donuts from Arizona to Michigan. So when I tell you this one stands out in a good way it comes from years of experience running on Dunkin. I was going down the 151 from FDL to Madison and just needed something to give me a boost. Hector is for sure one of the best employees there! He is always friendly and if something goes wrong with your order he is willing to fix it right on the spot. Since I moved to Beaver Dam in April, this has been my everyday morning stop and will continue to stop here to get my morning refresher drink!

I don’t know exactly their names as they were quite busy but there was a kind girl with long blonde hair and another boy with blonde curly hair. They were so patient and the boy specifically helped us figure out what we wanted as it was our first time there. There was a man picking up a doordash order who was terribly rude and the people here handed it better than I would’ve. Props to them for holding down the fort on such a busy day!
