Rude patrons consistently bypass the drive-through line and scam a second seat in the right lane, bypassing others. This happened twice this morning, and this morning was no exception. Clearly, when there is a line, these patrons troll the drive-through, and if they cannot skip ahead, they just drive-off. Management could remedy this with a few orange cones and some attention to their drive-through line during busy hours. Until this is fixed I'll skip the line and the frustration...read full review
