In our city Pizza Hut is delivered by door dash. I called to confirm our order because we noticed it was a little behind, mind you this in not Pizza Huts fault, we had wonderful costumer service by Nikita. She was extremely apologetic even though this wasn’t her doing as I reassured her we understood this was door dash. I felt heard with her and she seems like a wonderful addition to the Pizza Hut cooperation. She deserves to be recognized.

I used an online deal where I was supposed to get 2 orders of fries, 2 orders of chicken and 2 sauces. I didn't get the sauces and maybe 1 order of fries they were hot and fresh. The other parts of my order were correct. I suggest looking before your leave the store because I'm not driving back for sauce and fries.

Pizza was just ok. the wings were decent, the restaurant was dirty, floors were sticky, and no napkins. The food was fast , and it made it to the table in about 15 minutes. The staff seems to be more concerned with chatting than service.
