We reserved a room for my son’s 2 year old birthday party. Was not told about any packages they had so nothing was set up for us. When we arrived today we were bumped from a room to 5 booths because they over booked themselves and we didn’t get any calls about this. I was very unhappy with how the manager handled the situation. We left early and I would not recommend your place for parties to anyone!
Beaver Dam Pizza Ranch had amazing customer service!! They were very busy and still had smiles and a great attitude!!
We like pizza ranch but PLEASE cut your red onions smaller for both the pizza and the buffet. I think your fried chicken is always too pink and worry about being undercooked.

The store is new and has a nice game room for kids. Customers have been pleased with the variety of food, which is fresh and tasty. The chicken, in particular, is highly praised, and the smell greets guests outside. Pizza Ranch also offers unique options, such as a Thursday wing night and the ability to request custom pizzas like BLT.
Customers appreciate that the pizzas on the buffet are not over-baked and are served hot. The chocolate chip cookies are warm and freshly baked. The variety of items to make your own salad, including the special strawberry walnut with mixed greens, is a highlight. The chicken is considered the best in the area.
