Incredibly busy (inside the store and in the drive thru), and they had a small crew. Despite this, food was hot and fresh. Customer service was great. The young man working the counter was polite, friendly, and helpful. Soda machine in lobby was out of many drinks, but he filled our drinks behind the counter quickly. While the store itself neede attention, they staff certainly put customer service at the top of their list.
I love Wendy's always super yummy. I did have a little mishap with my order but the workers there were super friendly and fixed EVERYTHING with a smile and good humor love me some good wholesome workers 5 stars 🤩
This Wendy's location is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. I ordered #7 from the Breakfast menu. To my surprise, the sandwich looked nearly identical to the picture. I had to tell the cook and cashier my appreciation of their great service, and that they are what's the difference.Date and time:3/12/25 @ 8:30am
