I have had a great experience here for lunch, but tonight think was just an off night for service, maybe a bit rushed perhaps? Main meals were good, ambience was great, but the appetizers seemed rewarmed just before serving. Will probably give them another try sometime though.
Loved it, we already can't wait to go back. Josh the server was phenomenal, the musician was just the right touch and sound level. We had the beef Wellington and duck, holy guacamole Batman, it was wonderful.
WE HAD Aiden as our waiter and we really enjoyed talking with him. Our service was excellent!
This is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, not because of expense, but because it is reliably a great dining experience, from cocktail to appetizer, to entree, to dessert. It has a calm, adult ambience where conversation is possible and there is not a constant din of piped-in dance music. Paoli is an interesting small town with a few gift shops and scenic river bridge if you are interested in a pre or post dinner stroll.
Service was excellent. Ambience it's so nice. The food was outstanding with flavor. This is only 10 minutes from our house and we can't believe we aren't enjoying it more. Highly recommend.
I had soup and a sandwhich for lunch. Honestly, for the price, it wasn't worth the price. It was good, but not outstanding by any means.
A quaint place and, yes, an old schoolhouse rehabbed to include original touches. Service was excellent. Had the excellent buttermilk pancakes with bananas, three slices of thickly-cut bacon, and a glass of mimosa. The Paoli Fall Festival was happening just across the road, so business at the restaurant was brisk but not hurried. A highly recommended stop if you're anywhere near.
Nice ambiance. Friendly service. The food is truly a cut above. These are not canned recipes. The short ribs had a unique mole sauce. The lamb pasta was perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce. The desserts are made in house. Brian, the general manager (and also a trained chef), served us and circulated among all the tables.

As always, Brian does a great job! Very good lunch, better service, and an overall great experience
Very lively place for a Friday afternoon lunch. Great food! They were very busy so service was slow but they were attentive otherwise.

This was an absolutely fantastic meal. Quite possibly in my top 10 favorites of all time. Brian and his staff were fantastic, and this was a truly special experience.
Amazing food! We had the scallops and the filet as well as the creme brulee and it was all so good! Highly recommend!

All was excellent! Second time eating there. Other time was a breakfast, which was also excellent. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning.
Best beef Wellington I've ever had. There was live music that was a bit too loud. Overall, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Excellent for special occasions, family gatherings, and dates. Top notch!

Still just as good as our experience 4 years ago - only then we sat outside due to post covid. The ambiance inside was lovely. Food fantastic! We had scallops, pecan crusted trout and lamb pappardelle- all were delicious!!
