I was doing a long distance run on the trail. Best and only place in Basco. The people are great and the food at the food truck are great. I had the best burger there, everyone else enjoyed the gyro specials. Great fries to boot!

Dot’s Tavern is a quintessential rural Wisconsin dive bar experience. Walking down to the basement bar feels like walking down the steep steps to your friend’s parent’s home bar. The service is as you’d expect, straight to the point, but happy to engage in conversation, especially when there’s a game on. Don’t forget the shake of the day!
