The guy who was at the cash register (blue jeans/glasses) definitely needs a raise. He was so friendly & helpful with everyone. They forgot to make our ice cream & then made it incorrectly but it was still a 5-star experience because that one guy went out of his way to have awesome customer service.“

“Good but high calorie food. Never had any issues with food quality or presentation but it can be annoying seeing just a large number of employee's standing behind the counter doing nothing. I don't understand why Culver's pays all these kids to just stand behind the counter doing nothing. It's not just this one it's all Culver's.“

Every time I go there I find a new favorite on their extensive menu. The daily specials are so delicious. The BBQ Ribs cannot be beat. From the greeting at the door the minute you walk in until the cashier makes sure you had a great meal, before you leave, you will not be disappointed.“

“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

I spent last night throwing because I ate onions in a wrap I requested no onions for. A few days before, my burger showed up with onions as well. I was able to see them and remove them (though that still pushed my luck).“

Came here to try their Perch Platter and Badger Inna Glass (Bloody Mary) and Cheese Curds. This place blew my expectations out the water. From The Customer Service to their Food all was an amazing High Quality Experience. The atmosphere was so welcoming and amazing. The Locals were super friendly and welcoming. The Perch moved Immediately to my top spot for the Green Bay,WI it was that good. Them Cheese Curds was so delicious and tasty. They were some phenomenal curds and the Badger Inna Glass was amazing too. This place is a true resemblance of a great Wisconsin bar where Wisconsinites come together around some amazingly delicious food and drinks. “We have recently moved to West De Pere, and have frequented this location a number of times. Have never been disappointed. On my last visit I ordered a Papa Burger. When I got home and opened it, I was blown away. Never, ever, have I had a fast food burger that looked like the promotional picture. This one did, and tasted as good as it looked. Good job, folks.“

“Usually any hardees I've been to is gross amd has employees who dont care. This hardees was different. He wasn't annoyed when I took time to look at the menu and shared with me a cheaper option that was better than what I was ordering. They were polite and kind. When I was leaving, they even offered to help me carry my stuff out when they seen ideas struggling with the extra stuff my son needed and was conveniently in the bathroom 🤣. I've never had a better customer service experience!“
