“Went to grab some personal pan pizza! I remember it like it was yesterday! So good & perfect size. The area was clean and good came out quick. There is plenty of parking space. My order was taken quickly and I loved that they had a screen showing what time order was ready and then showed when it was ready. Super easy pick up“

“FINALLY! Our food and service were excellent. The past 4 times at a Buffalo Wild Wings have been AWFUL. Premade wings served in 2 mins from heat lamps. (obviously) We travel the USA and swore we'd never go to another. I was craving the salt and vinegar rub and we were passing this location daily. Ashley was fantastic. Great, fast, personal service. Delicious, fresh hot wings. YAAY. When you order food that is in their name, it needs to be good!!!!“

“This was our first time ordering, and we got the Meat and Hawaiian Chicken pizza’s, breadsticks, and the cinnamon squares. Every bite of it was delicious! I was highly impressed with the flavor and amount of toppings on the pizzas. The breadsticks are some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the cinnamon squares for dessert were the perfect finishing touch. The online ordering was easy, and the menu has more choices than I expected. Our delivery driver was on time and very polite! We loved every thing about our order. “Tried this location when it first opened and was completely satisfied but I decided to give it another try as I was craving the bread sticks. I am very glad I did. We got a pepperoni hand toss and a cheese thin crust and bread sticks. The bread sticks were perfect and fluffy with ample seasoning, the kids devoured the pepperoni pizza. The cheese pizza was good, I am not a fan of thin crust but my daughter and husband liked it. The drive up window is a convenience. Pizza was ready right on time.“

“AVOID THIS LOCATION!! My wife and I were in Green Bay looking at properties and had to be in Appleton by 8:30, so we decided to grab Papa Johns (usually decent corporate pizza). At 7:41, I placed an order with an ETA of completion between 7:51 and 8:01. I arrived at the location around 8 PM to discover the store clouded with smoke. I do not believe that the oven was properly working. I told the manager that I had an online order. He looked it up (I could tell at this time that they had not even started preparing it) and said that it would be another 10 minutes due to me ordering wings well done. I told him that I did not have time to wait 10 and just to prepare them normally which he said would take 5 minutes. I went next door to the wine store for about 5 minutes and returned to the store. Another employee came to me after several minutes and I let her know that I was waiting on an order. 5 minutes passed and I had still not been served. I spoke out to the manager who appeared to be ignoring me, and asked where my order was. He started getting argumentative with me and said that it had not even been 30 min. About 5 minutes later, I received my order and it was horrible! I had ordered a NY style crust pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple and 6 wings. The crust was flavorless and definitely not NY style, very light on the toppings, and poorly cut. The wings were over-sauced and mushy. I will never order from this location again!!
