Delicious food and great service!

You might notice the loud music and so many screens, so it's not for everyone. Thankfully the artists got better and the music may have gotten turned down a little? The staff were better than in the past! I saw a few smiling, which was great. The service was fast enough and the food was good. The place wasn't packed, which was nice. People were hanging out in the parking lot.
I ordered a 6-piece wing to go on a Monday around 3 p.m., and the restaurant was nearly empty with only one table occupied. There was no host, bartender, or takeout employee at the front. I rang the service bell three times and waited over 30 minutes with no acknowledgment, while two employees sat in a nearby booth. They may have been on break, but the lack of service and communication was very disappointing, especially for such a small order in an otherwise empty restaurant.
