“This is probably my favorite BK. Always fresh, the store is always clean, 9/10 times the workers are nice and patient.
Today happened to be the 1/10. Whoever took our order got it incorrect. We didn't realize until we were almost home they never gave us fries or one order of nuggets. No one answered the phone while we headed back. When explaining what was missing and what was wrong with the order we were rudely told we had not ordered our burger plain and that she was the one who took our order and she knew we didn't. Well... My husband only takes ketchup on his burger. She didn't even try to help fix the problem, this female was right regardless of what we had to say. And we didn't even get to order a correct burger. She was dismissive and rude.“
