Got to the end of my drink and found this? A little surprise is always fun. My throat is feeling a little scratchy, so that’s also fun. Probably from the ice machine not getting cleaned properly or regularly.Also stopped by after 8pm, I was the only customer there and there was four employees (an hour before closing?), two seemed like managers, and no one addressed me while I waited to order.30 seconds isn’t a long time, but it is in the customer service world when you’re awkwardly waiting for one of the four employees to acknowledge you.

I ordered lunch from here today. I'm 3 blocks from the store. It took an hour from the time it said it was out for delivery until I finally called the store to talk to someone. They were extremely rude on the phone. When the food did finally show up, I had no idea it was there. The driver literally pulled up, leaned the bag against my work places window IN THE SUN and just drove off. Not letting anyone know it was there. This location is an absolute JOKE.

If I could negative stars I would.Usually I have a cooling off period before I write these as I hate posting negative reviews.Let me preface this review with I am the GM of a restaurant and have been in this industry for many years. I understand what a tough job this is.However when you are front facing with a guest/customer in an open area maybe don’t treat the guest/customer like garbage.We are from Canada and frequent the northern states quite a bit.We have also been to many many many Jimmy Johns and never have I had sub par product or treatment like this ever.I’m sorry but this is what happens when you let children run your business, you get what you pay for.I in no way put this experience on Jimmy Johns as your brand is amazing, so well done.To the owner(s) of this store, maybe come watch operations.If this is a corporate store, ooof time to get an operator in that won’t tarnish your brand.I had a lettuce wrap and usually it’s beautiful and full and amazing. It was almost empty and the lettuce was red and soggy.My husbands sandwich was equally as terrible, I also paid for a bottle of Coke that we were never given.I wasn’t about to go back after feeling like I interrupted their day.Good luck with this store and the team.
I usually order on the app. The last few times I have ordered there have been small details just lacking. The cut in half option has been placed on my order every time, today I even reiterated this in the instructions. I have picked up my order for it to be missing ingredients and never does my sandwich get cut in half. Why even have the option if no one is following instructions? Also, I haven't received napkins the last few times I have ordered and that has also always been marked during my ordering process.

Pros: store was clean and up kept.Cons: impatient staff that can’t wait for you to pick a item from the very similarly made sandwiches.Sandwich was flatter than a piece of paper and consisted of 90% bread.Overall highly disappointing especially for my first time at jimmy johns. I’d recommend going to qdoba down the road.

Sandwich maker was rude. I asked got my sandwich to be cut in half. The cashier passed the message to the sandwich line and was clapped back with a rude attitude. I tried to defend the cashier and the sandwich maker further bullied the cashier. I apologized for my special request and told her I was sharing the sandwich, which is why I needed it cut. I handed the sandwich back to get cut. Was slapped with so much push back. It was completely unnecessary. None of that exchange needed to happen. This occurred 3/1/2923 at 6:30 pm.
