Subs are decent. Service is VERY questionable. Why do I have to put my own subs in a to-go bag? And why do they just yell the sub names and set them on top on the area that they prep the subs? How about take the persons name and bring it up to the front where they ordered like a normal establishment. I had never been there before so I had no idea my subs were just sitting in a random spot. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Cashier was incredibly sweet and understanding, all of the assembly workers gave attitude and made my sandwich wrong after being specifically told that it was to be made without certain ingredients. Rolled their eyes when specifications were made and gave more attitude when asked to correct it, dramatically throwing the sandwich they messed up into the garbage. Terrible environment.
