Horrible customer service
We just went to little Caesars to pick up two pizzas and some crazy bread, we had to wait a good 10-15 min to even get acknowledged and when we asked the staff for a manager they said we don’t have one on shift so therefore they got the store ran by 3 minors with no adult supervision they couldn’t manage to cut our pizza right even though there is a sign 3 feet from there face explaining step by step how too cut and topping the pizza after the oven then we had to request...read full review
This location as of April 2023 is what I would guess, understaffed. More than 4 times since the start of the year I have gone to the location in person at lunch time (12:00 pm) to attempt to open the front door only to find it closed. No sign no nothing saying they are closed. Staff is a mix of friendly/unfriendly. Pizza is usually overcooked and brown.
