Went to try sat ourselves waitress brought water menus thats it new table comes in she got them drinks n takes order ignoring us me my daughter n grandson.. we waited 15 mins to get service wasnt even busy. Won't go back!

Nice place to eat at reasonable prices. With 2 alcoholic drinks, and an appetizer and 2 meals, it was only 60 bucks. Burgers were tasty with just a little too much salt, but not overpowering. The topping on the burgers were a little skimpy, but not bad overall. Service was good and quick.

Been there twice to eat. Couldn't due to flies. They literally ran me out of the door on both occasions. I said I guess I'll try them in the dead of winter.

Took 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table to greet us around 730 on a Thursday night without much of a crowd. Ordered the food and came within 5 minutes. Ordered the Betty blue and did not have much blue cheese on it at all. My sweet potato fries were not thoroughly cooked. Appetizer came out at the same time as entrée. Not impressed & would not go back.

The service was not very good. I waited awhile before I was seated when it was not very busy. Once I was seated, it took about ten minutes for somebody to approach me as the employees were in the corner talking. The waitress was training someone and telling customers the fries were like Burger King fries and that was kind of odd. Once I got my food, nobody came to check on me.
The worst part was that the napkin smelled terribly of mold. I couldn't use it and was so grossed out by that. Please switch to paper napkins if you are not going to wash and dry them properly. If you don't believe its true, smell them now. 😷

Our server was good but VERY busy. We were probably halfway through our meals before we got our requested water. A second drink took long enough to arrive that we were already ready to leave. I don't think this was necessarily the server's fault, it was just far too busy for the number servers they had. For the record, this is not what I have normally experienced here.

We recently went to Lucy's We sat at the bar eventually the bartender came over gave us two menus and walked away I stopped her and said excuse me do you make drinks? We ordered two margaritas that were absolutely horrible We told The bartender we could not drink them. We ordered a burger it was not as good as it used to be the fries felt like they were sitting under the heat lamp from the night before worse fries ever. Don't waste your time or money on this place It has really gone downhill Not sure if new owners bought this or what but absolutely terrible.

I get encouraging turnover but your barstools are so uncomfortable that I will no longer patron your restaurant. To sit in those barstools is a kin to torture. Food and beer is ok. Service is so-so.
Edit: Changed my review from two to four stars because they got new barstools.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT!!! Next time I go, I'm going to order the month special, which was peanut butter and jelly with 2 kinds of cheese. My sister ordered that and I would have stolen it from her if I could have. I had the blue cheese bacon burger, which was really really good. The service was wonderful, and the restaurant was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The restrooms were super clean and comfortable as well. I'm not a drinker but there beers looked great. My daughter had a nice pils, I believe a new glares spotted cow. I had a really nice rootbeer. Their fries are great as well. So tasty and not greasy at all.
