While I definitely enjoy Zen and think they are quite delicious, typically very timely. Today in a snow storm, my pick up order was 40 minutes delayed and the delay was at no point communicated to me. There was no place to wait and so after about 15 minutes of standing, my 30 week pregnant self just helped myself to a chair at a table. I could tell the hosts were running, but the lack of communication was very disappointing.
The best sushi! Highly recommend!
We just shared two appetizers, three entrees, three drinks, and two desserts. Everything was fabulous. I have been to Zen several times and the food is consistently good. Today I was throughly impressed with the flavors and presentations of every dish. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed our visit.
