Just plain out rude. I called and ordered a ribeye steak dinner and I say I want it VERY well done and she just says ok well done, and I say VERY well done, once again she says well done. Excuse me, but if I’m paying almost 30$ for a dinner from a pizza joint I want it, EXACTLY HOW I WANT IT!!! VERY WELL DONE’nn
Not sure if staff has changed or what?Last two orders were very disappointing.Last order we had sandwiches that were messed up and items added we didn't want and items forgotten.Called to complain and said wanted credit for the missed item which we paid for but of course never got credited.So figure give them one more chance tonight.Ordered Mexican and order was correct but food was cold.Not sure if doing multiple deliveries or what.We are only a mile or two away and food...
Palermos is our favorite place to get pizza in Beloit! The staff is wonderful and we look forward to getting our pizza every week! Thanks for great service and amazing pizza at an affordable price!
