A really nice place to spend time with friends. People are very kind, cordial and friendly. It’s family owned so you feel at home being there. They have an incredible display of old photos and even from the very old times of Benton! There’s a sign that reads that this bar has been opened since 1901. If you love cozy, family and historical places. This one is a good one to visit and spend quality time with friends or your significant other.
I'd give more stars, but I moved to town 9 months ago and see no consistent operating schedule. One day they're open for lunch, the next day the doors are locked. One Friday they're open at 8pm, the next they open at 6pm, the next they're not open at all. When I'm there the staff is friendly, and they even have my favorite whiskey, but I can never expect the next chance I can stop by and patronize.
I admire this place! They give decent dishes, their menu is decent, The cook in that spot is a real pro, I like a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the visitors is helpful. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I highly recommend it.
