We had reservations at 6:30 a party of 14 of us dined last night for New Year’s eve. The service was amazing (wish I caught her name) The food was great! From the unexpected cheese and whitefish starter to the bread bowl soup and the the Filet and scallops which I had was tender and full of flavor! Thanks for the memorable experience!!
We love The Blue Heron & usually go on a Weds night for fish. This past Saturday we went to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. We ordered the Sat Special. 2 ,8oz strips steaks, soup, salad, garlic mashed potatoes & a dessert to split, $54.99. Wow! Not only was the food awesome for a great price, the staff was awesome too. In my opinion this is the best place for quality cocktails, food & service at a great price. Special shout out for their home made blue cheese salad...
Considering how much business they get you would think they could do something about the gravel and dirt parking lot. What a mess especially when it is wet outside. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning inside and out. Our waitress seemed to not care if we were there or not. Service was not a top priority for them. The only thing that made it worthwhile was the large amounts of food for a reasonable price.
