The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean and check-in was simple. Comfortable bed. Excellent value. The little things I noticed: A detached hairdryer. I hate the ones that are attached to the wall. I could use this one in any outlet. Real hangers instead of hangers with posts. So much easier for hanging up clothes. Nice toiletries, including a lovely soap called "sweet grass". It isn't really made of sweet grass. But the mint smell is invigorating and it suds...
Just got home, , from Northstar Casino! did an over-nite in a free suite! The casino was not crowded at all, , very clean, The food was Ok, Slots were fun! I won 2 jackpots last month, 12, 998.67 then 15 mins later hit another one for 1857.59 that's over 15.000 in 15 mins, It's in Bowler Wisconsin! No smoking casino! They are open 24 hours! Give them a try !! Stay away from Wittenburg!
We love Northstar. Staff are great! Very clean. My mom who is 80 can get around really easy. Has a excellent layout. Hotel right next to casino. My favorite place to go for a fun trip.plus beautiful scenery.
