The food was very good and prepared just the way we wanted it. The problem is with the service. We were staying at a hotel near by, paid with a cc so of course they had to call back to verify home address on card. That was no problem and the delivery came quite quickly. The problem was when we sat down to eat, no forks, no utensils at all. No napkins. They expect you to eat with your fingers. The dinner was delivered to Embassy Suites, wake up and think maybe we might need something...
I thought portion-wise, there is good value for your dollar here. The taste of the food was uninspiring though, and it showed up both in the techniques used and flavor execution. I think this place could be a lot more than it is with a little more care and conscientiousness.
While waiting for the order, flies were buzzing everywhere. Rude attitude from staff and it wasn't busy. Got my order home and my son found out immediately that the lids were not on tight! Half of some items were spilled onto everything else as well as on my son's hands getting burned. I tried to call and just let them know to make sure they put the lids on tight. I get yelled at, they couldn't speak any English, and nothing was accomplished, LEAST of all an apology....
