I came here because I had a gift card to use. When I handed the waitress my gift card she came back to tell me it was inactive. She then sent a manager over. The manger said that I had to call a number to speak to someone about it but did nothing as far as reducing my bill. Now I understand that it wasn't their fault that the gift card was no good but it would have been good customer service to offer some kind of compensation for the bad experience like taking $5 off my bill. I was not expecting I was going to have to pay for me meal out of my own pocket. I am not sure if I will ever be back to Buffalo Wild Wings again. I certainly won't be back to this location.
Service very poor, waiter sat us we and didn't see her again until we had to go to front to pay and she thought we were trying to run out on the bill 😕
This is the worst BBW I have ever been in. I waited 1-1/2 hours to get wings and finally left to eat somewhere else. I travel about 100 nights annually, this manager should be fired.
BWs is great, but this location is managed very poorly. The Shift Manager and Store Manager I encountered after an issue had no customer service skills, and no interest in making the situation right. Still, gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered takeout today. My order was supposed to be ready at 6. Nobody even acknowledged me (or about 5-6 other customers) until almost 6:30 and then my order was incorrect and short 10 wings. After repeated issues with orders not being ready on time, being incorrect, or just poor service I think I’ll be looking elsewhere. There are some good hard workers there, it just seems like they are setup to fail due to poor operational management.
Never anyone working so terrible service, food quality isn't great by any means but I feel that's most bww now unfortunately. I went in for lunch at 1230 there were only 4 maybe 5 people eating there at the time and after 10 minutes still waiting for a server I decided I will no longer be going to this store anymore and left. Bww as a whole has gone wayyyy down hill and not the same fun experience anymore. Do better bww
This location used to be my favorite growing up. Went here after sports games and with friends all the time.
Sadly management has really slacked off. Service is slow and wings barely come out sauced.
Go to Pewaukee or New Berlin if you want the real Buffalo Wild Wings experience!
I’m not even sure how this location is still standing. The service is terrible and the food is even worse. I truly hope corporate reads the reviews and does something about it. Truly unacceptable!!! Find better ppl who actually want to work. THEN maybe this location will be great. Good luck
The service was slow, our entrees came out before the appetizer, which was wrong by the way. No silverware out napkins,we had to request them. The food came before the beverages. Employees were standing around on cell phones instead of taking orders or cleaning. Them it took another 30 minutes to get the bill. They weren't busy not even 8 tables. This was our sixth time there and have yet to be satisfied at this location. If you want good food and great service go to the Pewaukee location. It's time for us to start making the drive out of the way just for good service. Brookfield needs a new manager that knows how to run a restaurant.
BWW used to be the go to place for wings for many years.
The quality has gone down hill at nearly EVERY location but this one tops the charts.
you are lucky if your wings are covered in sauce.
Bone in or boneless doesn’t matter there is a 70% chance they will have minimal sauce on them.
Also the cheesecake tasted like cardboard, I’m not sure how old it was but it did NOT taste like cheese cake.
I would not be surprised if this location shuts down within the next two years.
Myself and a friend were visiting from out of town for a conference. We stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings to grab a late supper. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. The server was punctual at first. He grabbed our order for drinks and appetizers promptly. That's where the service went down hill quickly. The server appeared to had forgotten about us. When he realized that he hadn't got our order, he rushed over. We both ordered different variations of chicken sandwiches. One sandwich came out finally, after a significant amount of time. The server was completely unable to tell which sandwich it was. My friend ordered a sandwich and requested some toppings to be left off and they were not. The sandwich still had everything on it. He then gave us the excuse that the other sandwich hadn't come out because the high volume of take out orders. Some twenty minutes later, I finally received my sandwich. The chicken was cold. The cheese was melted but hardened. We were never offered water or a refill on our drinks beyond what we received initially. It finally took my friend putting on her jacket to even get the bill. No manager in sight. The main food was disgusting but the appetizers were great. Now I understand why it was empty.

Last night, Saturday, February 28th, four of us went out to dinner at this location. We will not be returning!
The service was awful and the dining room, as well as the bar area were not even close to being full. We were seated after 10 minutes of waiting for someone to seat us. Once our server arrived, we ordered our beverages and we wanted to order appetizers. We were told that our entrees may come out before the appetizers do. (What was the point of ordering appetizers then??) We decided not to order appetizers. But, we put in our dinner orders instead.
One person in our group ordered a Starry, when they received it, they said it was nasty. Turns out, the syrup had to be added, so that it didn’t taste like watered down soda.
After about 30 minutes, two of us received our food. 12 minutes later, one more person at our table received their food. 20 minutes later, the fourth person in our group finally received their food after I spoke with the manager. That timeline is way to long to wait for our entire group to receive their food. We couldn’t even eat together, which was the purpose of us going out to eat TOGETHER!
This location needs Gordon Ramsey to come in and fix the issues.
This is one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a long time.
Came for dinner with a party of 4. The majority of the restaurant was empty. We were told that it would be 30 mins for food (which is totally fine), so we go to order apps and are told that the food might come before the apps. (What's point of apps?!) So we order food. Half our party gets their burgers about 30 mins later (right on time), but we are missing half if our party's food. 14 mins later another burger comes. It's been 20 mins. The folks with burgers can't eat them cause it's rude to eat when your whole party doesn't have food. The burgers are now cold, it's been 30 mins (an hour since ordering) and the 4th person in our party still doesn't have their food.. which is wings ironically.
Ordered lunch for 8 people and accidentally entered wrong pickup time. Opening time was 11 a.m., but they answered phone at 8:30 a.m. and were very friendly and helpful getting time changed. Food was hot and ready when we arrived at 11:30 a.m. to pick up. Boneless wings were delicious, but bone-in wings were a little small/dry. Celery and carrots were very fresh. Ordered 3 large sides and more than enough for everyone. Was nervous to order from this location with the recent bad reviews, thankful I gave it a try anyway!
Today I ordered through GrubHub, so there isn't much that I can say about in regards to service, but the food. I was upset but kind of laughed at the carrots and celery that I was given with my oder (see pic). The beverage that came with my son's meal had something floating in it (this was a delivery order and the lid was taped closed, so it happened at the restaurant. And the wings looked like they just poured sauce on some of them instead of TOSSING them. My French fries even tasted old, but they could've been cold due to the driver's lack of urgency. Overall I was upset about the beverage with stuff in it (see pic).
I had no idea their burgers were sooo good. Wings are always good. I love the huge variety of flavors. And they constantly bring forth new ones! Our waitress was on top of all our needs although we were rushing to get to the movies our customer service was great. Will definitely return when we have more time to enjoy.
