Stopped in for an impromptu lunch with a group today at Buffalo Wild Wings. Let's start with the positives:
Great Server, didn't have to wait at all before being seated (we could pick our spot), attentive service and also helped with splitting the bill as needed between our group of 5.
The food was good, came out together and was generally fine - pretty straightforward bar food, but that's the norm.
Only negatives: The table was a little sticky and the TVs were LOUD (I get that it's part of the normal setup, but still, was sometimes difficult to chat) and the restroom smelled strongly of weed.

This is the worst service ever the managers were horrible and the waitress was untrained and the managers left her out for the wolves to devour. Brookfield location is horrible . Genesis tried her best with what the managers trained her with.

I'm in utter shock after my last visit at BWW in Brookfield. I was expecting the same slow and bad service. Our server Raphael (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) surprised us and was outstanding. He had menus for us right away. Took the beverage and appetizer order which was delivered in a very timely fashion. When I said I didn't want anther beer he brought me a cup of water. At the end of the meal he gave us a to go box, lids and a bag without asking. If all of your servers were that amazing you would have a killer business and get great reviews. He should be training the wait staff. He compares with Ryan at the Pewaukee location.

We picked up an order yesterday from Buffalo Wild Wings — 30 wings total (20 boneless, 10 traditional) plus tater tots — and it was extremely disappointing.
The traditional wings have clearly gotten smaller over time, but at least they were pre-sauced and somewhat edible. Unfortunately, the boneless wings were a disaster. Out of 20, about 13 were normal-sized, but the other 7 were half-pieces and all but the very biggest wings had a dry, plasticky consistency like jerky. They were nearly inedible. Whether this was from being cooked far too long or simply sitting around until someone boxed them up, I can’t say, but given that the restaurant was nearly empty when I arrived and the hostess immediately appeared with my bag, I strongly believe they weren’t cooked fresh.
We live just 7 minutes away, (I checked) yet by the time we got home the wings were room temperature. The tater tots, however, were actually at a good temperature, which only highlights how poorly the wings were handled. If they’d been made fresh and packaged right, the wings should not have been in the state we received them.
It’s not acceptable to serve food this way — especially when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. It is clear that the wings were made well ahead of time. I can't say for certain if its laziness, Maybe this is a Buffalo Wild Wings standard practice, but if so, it explains why the dining room was nearly empty at dinner time. The hostess who helped me was kind, and the mild sauce and tots were decent, but when the main entrée is such a disappointment, the whole meal fails. Spending ~$50 for 30 cold wings is a bummer. Spend your dollars elsewhere. And not even another Buffalo Wild Wings. If a corporation cannot guarantee consistency throughout you should spend your money locally on someone who can.

The place has changed from (-5) Stars to a (+5) Stars in just a few months!!!
Got to say that I do have a favorite bartender also. Matt is great. Always a smile and great service. Hope to see him more often!

This place will always have you waiting two to three times the normal amount of time to get your food, it’s ridiculous how many times I’ve came here expecting a different result but every time without fail the food takes FOREVER to come out
