I am so happy there is a Burrachos in Brookfield! I grew up in the Madison area and loved their barbacoa beef tacos, in fact I still craved them over 10 years later and would try to supplement with Chipotle but it never tasted the same to me. I'd never heard of Burrachos but was looking for a quick option that would work for our whole road trip crew.
This meant catering to a variety of tastes AND food restrictions, including dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
Burrachos fit the bill for what we were looking for. Our group got bowls, quesadillas, and tacos. Everyone was happy with the price point and the ability to customize.

Opening day never goes 100% smooth, but the Burrachos team rolled with it and did great. Burrachos is still the place to go if you want to customize a quesadilla, burrito bowl, burrito, or tacos, and get a heaping side of queso with it. Plus, there's a whole variety of salsas to choose from that truly are fresh.
