I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. It’s one of my favorite fast, healthy places to eat!
I was in the Boca Park location on 12/18/24 and had an absolutely terrible experience.
I placed our order for 2 try 2’s. The staff working was so unorganized they let our sandwiches sit while they tried to find enough ingredients to make our salads.
One employee used old brown Avocado's because as she told another employee I don’t want to cut anymore.
