I forgot my wallet at home and Joseph was a wonderful employee when I came back around with my wallet. He had my stuff all ready to go is all hot. The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.
Great staff, great service. They know me and my order. If it isn't brewed, they are happy to bring it to me. It's always a pleasure walking in there. I took a suggestion from the manager for something different one day and it was outstanding.
One of my favorite coffee shops, the drive thru staff here are so pleasant and welcoming. I don't care for their food it tastes frozen microwavable, but the coffee/energy spritzers are great.
