Its a gamble making a purchase here. I've come to the realization that I must open and check my food each time as there are often variations to my sandwich that I didn't request. I called the store twice. No answer and no return call after leaving a message.

Best Chick-fil-A I've gone to in years. Better than onalaska . Alex gave the best service. He went above and beyond expectations. Food was hot .they did put pickles in the sandwich but they made it right. Also tomatoes where on point and not soggy
I ordered 1 scoop of ice cream and received a kiddie scoop instead. I told the young lady she gave me the wrong size and she told me 1 scoop is the equivalent of a kiddie scoop. If only I had time to go inside to speak to a manager. I won't go back to this location.

What you sold me for 11.85 ! What’s up with the false advertising non whole chicken tenders that are thin or mutilated . Refund is needed . This chain is going down hill fast .

I stopped in for lunch today. I was greeted by Andrew (he looked like a manager) at the cashier and he was super friendly and attentive. Food came in quick and it was very tasty and fresh. Later, Andrew stopped by my table to ask how everything was going. Great job! :)
