To be honest, I never really come to this location because no matter any time of the day nothing is Usually available. Today was a way better experience because of Jay! She Was the only one who said anything when entering the restaurant and when there was a need for refills on food, she was making sure that it was getting done and keeping everyone updated! She was so sweet and helpful and she’s the backbone of the restaurant. Someone give her a raise Or put her in a supervisor role because she literally is the reason I would come back to this location!!

We went in at 4:00 on a Sunday. They had no chicken ready - it would take 45 minutes for it to be ready. There was enough steak for one serving and no sour cream. Seems like those things should be staples! Disappointed!

I should’ve trusted the negative reviews. I love chipotle and visit about 1-2x a week takeout or pickup or delivery, and i order catering for my colleagues every once in awhile. I usually visit the downtown location near where i live, or Glendale. All usually great experiences.

I am NOT a huge meat eater so I never order extra meat and even give some of what I have in a little bowl to my dog. But today as I was ordering, the portion of beef I got was so SO tiny I asked for more and was told I’d have to get double (double is usually too much for me since I don’t eat much meat).
I visit chipotle regularly and the normal meat portion is ALWAYS enough for me.

So today ended up paying almost $18 for my normal bowl to get double (thank goodness I didn’t get queso or guac and I got them both from qdoba across the street) but this really sucked.

I work near this location a few times a month but won’t be visiting again.

The person who checked me out was very kind. The person preparing it was stingy beyond belief. At least I could use my rewards I guess.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE / APP - if you do not physically lay eyes on them while making your food it will be wrong. Even if it’s small , missing the chips or sauce or wrong portions changes the taste of the entire meal and is disappointing. I have never once had a good experience. *just to be clear it is this specific location others in the area are great*

Worst food I have ever gotten from a place like Chipotle.

Crunchy uncooked rice in my bowl… soggy meat… it was terrible. Then the kids quesadilla they gave my son was not good either. I will not be returning

I’m not one to write reviews but I have to inform anyone who may be thinking of eating at this Chipotle. This is by far the worst managed restaurant I have ever eaten at. Every time I place an order something is wrong or missed.

This past visit they didn’t give me the correct food. After I drove all the way back to the store I was treated with disrespect as if it was my fault. When they remade my order they didn’t have half the ingredients stocked in the line and ended up taking my burrito into the back to finish making it. This was quite concerning to me as I can only imagine what the ill-mannered manager did with it. After all of the run around, the steak in my burrito was cold.

There needs to be some accountability here, and I hope this message gets to the General Manager and/or local owner.

Ordered ahead and watched at least 15-20 people walk through the line, make their orders, and leave by the time mine was even started. One staffer would check periodically while I waited 20 minutes for my order. I asked if I could simply have the front of house team make my order and was told to just wait. On top of that, their portions were sad to say the least. Incredibly disappointing.

They were out of 2 proteins, which made us upgrade to proteins we didn't want and charged us for the upgrades. Had hardly any rice left so they gave each of us a half scoop. This was 6pm on a Sunday. Submitted feedback to GM (email) and Corporate (receipt link) and nobody responded after a couple weeks, so here's your review.

Food wasn’t made like it was supposed too. End up getting sick and I have eaten at others chipotle restaurants in the area and never get sick. But the last few time I been to this one it made me not feel good. And most of the staff is ghetto and they don’t see you as a customer. This is by far one of the worst location that you can go to. I highly recommend going to the center one by Mayfair mall cause their food always hit and they have the best staff and give u the right amount of portions unlike the 124th one
