I’m the only customer in the store and both front employees told men “one minute” while they both started from beginning to end preparing 5 bowls and other online orders that were printing as i stood there. If im in store I should be helped and not made to wait for all online orders to print that get priority over me. They kept printing and they kept making them all b4 even acknowledging me. After the 5th item they let print and they prepared I walked out and went across the street to Qdoba. If this is how u treat customer inside I’ll just elsewhere. I understand you shut down your Togo at a certain time but train employees how to help customer inside the store first or after so many to go order help who is there. One employee could have assisted me while the other did online. Train better employees who are customer focused. I already had a bad experience from the night supervisor a black young lady with a horrible attitude also. 2 bd bad experience within 2 months. Customer inside should be helped and not made to wait for every to go order first as they stand there. You are falling off

This place has good food, but not for the amount of money they want. I call it the shrinking meat syndrome! The prices for the entrees steadily go up and they steadily dose out SMALLER portions! If you get a hamburger you expect to see more beef on the bun than your ketchup, lettuce, onions, etc. When I opened my burrito you see more etc, than steak, literally could only count about 4 pieces of steak on a $12 burrito. That'll do it for me!! And Chipotle wonders why their losing business and have to do all these BOGO promotions, .... if they give people what they rightly paid for, they wouldn't have to do all that to get people to keep coming through the door!

Started off poorly when employees refused to take an in person order. Absolutely no customers in line, nor were they working on fulfilling on-line orders. So, I opened the app and ordered. The female was watching the male make our order. I forgot to add cheese, which is free. They refused to add the cheese, saying I didn't include it on the on-line order. The place was nasty. All tables were dirty. The employees ridiculed us. I think they were mad we placed an order. Will never come to this location again. Menomonee Falls location is 1000 times better. I took pictures of your associates if you'd like to know the responsible employees for such a poor experience. Just want you to know that you lost 5 orders in the 10 minutes I was there by your employees refusing to make in-person orders.

Over the past few years, Chipotle’s food quality and customer service have steadily declined. This particular location stands out for the wrong reasons. The food is consistently bland or overly salty, with very little flavor. The employees appear unhappy and unapproachable, making customers feel as though they are inconveniencing them rather than being served. The overall atmosphere is unpleasant, and the food quality is poor. I do not recommend spending your money at this location, or at Chipotle in general. I will not be returning. As a suggestion, employees who are unhappy in their roles may want to consider finding work that brings them more satisfaction, life is too short to be miserable.

If the workers hate their jobs that much, they should just quit. Nobody was friendly or smiled once. They were out of chicken, but they wouldn’t match the price of steak.

When they finally served me, the portion size of meat was tiny. I asked if that was a full serving size and they looked at me like I was stupid.

Yesterday evening, I came in and the staff was incredibly friendly and LOVELY. The restaurant was spotless, and everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. I genuinely believe that these crew members deserve a raise for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Keep up the great work! 🙂 I even left them a $5 tip

Very rude customer service. Sloppy and very small servings, I felt harassed the whole time. Seemed like I was begging for the bad, paid $17 for a bowl and it was not worth half of that price.

Poorly run. Terrible attitude by staff. Always shortening portions probably because they are too lazy to make the next fresh batch. Whoever the owner is , I’m happy to give constructive , kind but assertive feedback as I am a small business owner myself - but honestly , judging my the reviews and over two years seeing the same team poorly run the place I’m not confident the owner cares to do anything with this locations team and their commitment to excellence.

No stars. NONE!!! The one star is just an illusion. I walked up asking for Veggie Bowl at 8:58pm. Asked for fejita peppers and they ran out. Okay, I will wait. And they respond with, the grill is closed. Why is the grill closed an hour before the store closes. And corporations are wondering we people don't do fast food. Customer service is horrible and employees do what they want to paying customers.

This location used to be my preferred Chipotle, but unfortunately, the quality of both service and food has noticeably declined in recent visits, particularly during the evening hours.

On my most recent trip, the employee preparing my order appeared visibly frustrated and disengaged, which came across in the way my food was handled. The portions placed in my bowl were much smaller than usual, to the point of feeling inconsistent with the standard Chipotle experience. In addition, the protein was overcooked, lacking both flavor and tenderness, which made the meal unpleasant and disappointing.

Chipotle has built its reputation on consistency, freshness, and customer satisfaction, which is why I’ve always enjoyed this brand. However, this specific location could benefit from additional coaching and oversight to ensure employees maintain both food quality and customer service standards. With better attention to detail and training, this restaurant could return to being the reliable and enjoyable spot it once was.
