We had read the reviews before going to this location, so we weren't expecting much and were cautious based on other reviews. However, I know every business can have bad days and customer preferences vary, and it was close to where we were staying, so we took a chance. We are glad we did. Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. The restaurant was spacious and clean. It wasn't very buy during our time there, so maybe that contributed...

Bagels are what they specialize in and they are good at it. Some of the workers could use a course in customer service. OtherwiseIt was a pretty good experience. I was a little disappointed in the whipped cream cheese but now I know

Expensive and unorganized.I love to leave positive feedback in most cases, but this was not impressive.Costly over 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and their system has a must tip function on it.
