Good cookies. Bad service. I ordered cookies online in November and requested a gift message. They present my cookies. There isn't a gift message. When I ask, they say the printer is broken and offer me a sticker. It's two months later. I place another order with a gift message. My cookies are presented with no mention of my missing gift message. I request a sticker, and I'm told they cost extra. Very frustrating! I'll go to Nothing Bundt Cakes from now...
Cookies always good however customer service has went down all the way. An African american attitude was so nasty and rude. She did not want to answer questions about the cookies that was on display. She was yelling at her co-worker about bringing her pennies. And to top it off a car that was parked outside with someone in the car she yelling at the customers that was inside about weather or not was the car one of ours. Her presence was not welcoming at all. Uniform was dirty....
