When it's subzero windchill and you want something quick, warm, and not have to deal w/ dishes later, you're hard pressed to find better fast food w/ cleaner bathrooms and a nicer old fashioned soda fountain or condiment station. I've loved pouring 🫗 ketchup into a cup for dipping since I was a kid. Only now I add hot sauce, not just pepper, for dipping my fries or cheese curds.

I had a horrible experience with a front crew member name Andrea I made sure to look at her badge so I can do a negative review specifically on her and her professionalism which is not much. She is very rude and need to be in the back as a crew member and not the face of Culver’s. I will be finding a different Culver’s to eat at were the crew members are professional and listen to your order, it’s too many fast food places over there for that energy Andrea

Ran to this establishment on my 30 minute lunch. Waited for 15 minutes for my food thinking it was because I requested grilled onions. When I got to work, there was no grilled onions on my burger after all. Contacted the restaurant after work and spoke with the manager, Tristan. Tristan didnt offer an apology or anything. He in fact said human error happens and there was nothing he is obligated to do about it since grilled onions is not an extra charge. I really dont care about there being an extra charge, we choose to spend our money at an establishment and they are definitely obligated to make it a good experience and make good whwn there are short falls. Where has good customer service gone. I am astounded that this was the response from Culvers. I absolutely hate that this is my neighborhood Culvers. Tristan was not rude in tone, but he was very condescending, which is not a good trait for a manager. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I can see why this Culver’s is rated at a 4.1 stars. Tori, who I am assuming, as a manager, is extremely rude, short, and condescending. When they don’t deliver your order, you are the one to blame. I watched three people walk their orders back inside, and they did not return back outside for a solid 15 minutes. Instead of treating customers like an inconvenience, maybe she should find a job, where she does not have to interact with customers.

I love Culvers, my only complaint is I wish they would number or identify each burger ordered. For example number them 1,2,3 as in the order they were ordered. Since we all order our burgers with different toppings, we sometimes have to cut them open to make sure we each get the correct burger.

First time I have been to Culvers in quite some time. First of all I ordered the deluxe butter burger with cheese curds. Luckily I ate in because they brought me onion rings. The curds were decent but the burger was just okay. It was kind of cold and could have been hotter. Plus it's kind of drafty in this location. The staff is friendly

Went to Culver’s in Wauwatosa 124th St. they short changed us our fries. They gave us the wrong dressing for our salads and they never asked if I wanted the meal cause I ordered double burger and fries so I never got a drink.
