I will not be going back to this location. The last 4 or 5 times I have went with my family. All they do is talk about needing to get surveys. The last time I thought I just went we were asked to do the survey when we ordered our food. We sat down not even five minutes later another employee came up and told us don’t forget to do the survey and then ask for my 12-year-old daughter cell phone and told her that she will do the survey herself just to hand her her phone The time before that she asked for my other daughter’s cell phone and she’s 9. I am not going to take my family out to dinner and get badger and be uncomfortable the whole time we are eating dinner? My kids were so uncomfortable with this. They even said we can find somewhere else to eat next time. I spoke with the manager Explain the situation to her she said the owner said that they have to push surveys otherwise they’re gonna get the Them and they would lose their jobs. And then told me 99% of customers don’t mind that they ask for their cell phones to do their survey themselves and then continue to sit there and try to justify it and make it right of what they’re doing. I understand they want to get surveys but to sit there and badger and make families, uncomfortable and asking kids for their cell phones so they can do it themselves as far far from OK. But like I said, I will not be back at this location. I will drive to Brookfield or Sussex or another location to eat. But I will not be back at this one so for the rest of the families that They go to dinner to have family time and enjoy your meal. I would not go here I can promise you.

The food was good. The line was quite long and we had to wait much too long on the side while they got our order ready. Unfortunately, one grilled cheese basket and two kids meals seemed to be a little challenging for them. There were several cars asked to wait on the side with us that came after us and left before us. I understand being busy, but the Culver’s in Mequon has long lines as well. Even so, the orders are always first come, first served. If they can get their flow together so the wait time isn’t so bad, this can easily turn into five stars.
But for now, the long line to place our order and the equally long wait time to receive the order drops this restaurant down from fast food to slow food.

Is a good culver’s they have a nice outdoor area in the summertime and it is connected to a couple different businesses. Very nice.
Parking: Parking is good you can park on one side of the building and walk through a hallway to get to Culver’s
You can even get a gluten-free bun that comes in a plastic bag.

I don't know what happened to this location over the past couple months, but it really went downhill. Last 2 times I've been there the quality just wasn't there and items were missing from my order.

The manager was snapping at the employee working the drive thru window as customers were paying for and receiving their drinks/food. She didn’t seem to be helping him, just stressing him out. Very unprofessional, even for a fast food restaurant.

This place is a disaster. No food has been delivered to vehicles waiting outside! In awhile!
I must admit, some weeks ago I visted, my experience wasn't all that good. I revisited through the drive thru and I had a different experience. They handled my order with professionalism and patience. Next time I sit in I will update.
