Ordered for pick up and I show up at 8:20 and they aren’t open?? Okay, I get openers running late or whatever. But then I try calling the store to leave a message to get a refund and their voicemail box is too full (so they probably don’t even listen to them). Kinda frustrating…

Edit: they reached out a few days later and apologized and processed the return for me! I’ll be returning!

We have been here twice in one week because my hubby and I are hooked on the Orange Dream Machine! Both times the drinks were made fantastic
and they were absolutely delicious. This being said cash needs to be accepted here and the employees need to be more personable and not act like cold robots pushing out drinks. My review would have been a five.

I cannot say enough good things about this Jamba Juice location. I come almost weekly and Cindy is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to serve the customers. One weekend I needed to transport the smoothies 30 minutes back home and she packed me an ice bag to keep everything cold. Customer service like this keeps people coming back!
