The staffs communication skills were not only clear but very polite. I enjoyed my time outside on the bench while my pizza was made in a quick fashion. I just got the classic hand tossed round with pepperoni on it. Exceeded expectations in flavor. Definitely will be a place I go to again.

Pizza was amazing. But I would like to take a moment and appreciate their delivery driver, Gus. He deserves a raise. Crushed peppers were missing from our order but he made an extra trip amd came back with the crushed peppers. Services like this are very hard to find. His service was great. Thank you!

Our neighbor suggested Jets for pizza. The staff was nice enough, but the pizza was average at best. A higher quality frozen pizza from the grocery store is better.
Not enough people, long wait times, zero customer service. Places carry out order 40 min in advance, showed up waited another 30, several other customers waiting also. Then my order was wrong. No management, just kids moving at a snail’s pace.

Been waiting over 2.5 hrs for delivery of a single large pizza. Was originally quoted an hour. I’ve called the store 4 times. An hour ago they told me a driver was on their way... still no pizza arrival in sight. Wish the service was better because I do like the food, but we will not be ordering delivery here again.

Very Unprofessional!! Their customer service sucks, they hung up the phone in our face after we paid 60+ for pizza and only offered a $15.00 credit. They also gave our food to someone we couldn’t get in contact with because they didn’t have their contact information. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
