Worst service!!!! Not even worth one star

My girlfriend took me there last night for the first time and I asked the lady at the counter if the bread was very soft because I like soft sandwich bread and she said yes it was. I ordered the turkey and cheese plus cheddar cheese and I stated I would like easy lettuce easy mayo and no tomatoes. When I opened my sandwich there was three six slices of tomato on and it also wasn't cut so they must not do that and I went up to the counter and now the young man making the subs was very nice and polite but there wasn't hardly any turkey on my sandwich and I asked if he could please cut my sandwich and that I didn't want the tomatoes on it and the lady who took the order said well tomatoes do come on it and I said but if I'm saying I don't want them you shouldn't put them on there. My girlfriend opened her roast beef sandwich and again hardly any roast beef and hers also had tomatoes on it when she stated she didn't want them either. So then I had asked the young man to cut the sub and he handed me a very long serrated edge knife for me to cut it myself. We sat down to eat and we were laughing about the lack of meat and I said I thought this bread was soft because I asked the lady and you could knock on it. She took a couple bites and I had cut my sandwich into four pieces and I only ate one because the bread was too hard but I took mine home for my husband to try and the first thing he said is there's hardly any meat on it and the bread is hard. It then went in the trash. I called corporate today and we won't even discuss that phone call but then she emailed me saying that I should call the location and I did that and ask for the manager and he really didn't seem to care it got dead silence on the phone he didn't even say come in let me buy you a soda or nothing they just don't care. That was my first and last time at this location in Brookfield Wisconsin on 124th and Capitol

Placed an order through the phone. I told the person who answered a have a large order. After the first sandwich he asked “is that all”. Then I ordered 11 sandwiches, to be cut in half. When he repeated the order he said “3 sandwiches”. When I arrived to pick them up, I asked if they were cut in half…and they answered yes. Took the order to my car, and checked. They were not cut in half. I went back in and asked them for a plastic knife. They said they didn’t have any and to bring the order back in. I brought the order back in, the lady dumped the sandwiches on the counter and one of them fell on the floor. They proceeded to open up each sandwich and cut it in half even though I asked them to cut them as is with the paper wrap around them. They were pissed off and extremely rude. They also lied since the guy said they were cut in half…I had a feeling they weren’t. It was an awful experience.

Our sandwichs were made and then the staff proceeded to say hey is this your order? Sandwiches not in a bag, she's like oh you want a bag? We got our food and as we left, she was trying to mop this hold time while rushing us and not leave us a dry spot to exit on. I will never go back to that location. Delivery is better

This store is located in a busy area. We had ordered from this location multiple times in the past. The store looks clean and modern. There are plenty of parking spaces. The food is fine. Customer service could use some improvements.

I ordered online and they forgot a sandwich ( they had no drivers so we went to pick up). Instead of going back, they said they would ‘credit my account for that location,’ or an IOU. What kind of business runs like that? Just refund my card. Terrible

Worst location. They're not freaky fast. They actually take freaking forever. Horrible customer service. It always seems to be a bunch of employees socializing and not working or paying attention to customers

Placed an order for pick up this evening. Ready on time, all the orders were perfect and every employee was polite and told me to have a good night. My favorite quick service restaurant in the area because the employees care about customers. Thank you so much!!

Drive thru lady was rude, made me stick my whole arm in the window to hand her my card, she didn't even meet me half way, no joke whole arm. Didn't speak or tell me my price just looking at me from like 4ft away with her hand out. Same thing after she swiped my card, didn't say anything just hand out with my hard way by the counter. Super unprofessional and rude
