I ordered their catering it wasn't worth what I paid. 70+ dollars for 30 third size sandwiches. The size wasn't the problem the sandwiches literally had one piece of meat on the bread the rest was lettuce and tomatoes. I could have just ordered a few regular sandwiches and cut them into thirds myself. Never again! It felt like a rip off.

Hey Jimmy John, Just went in to order a couple of subs. As I was waiting there i seen a cashless transaction with some of your employees family members. It looked like they were feeding the homeless. Don't trust that crew they are robbing the ownership blind. Seen a free sub going to a Taco Bell employee next store also! Need better employees!

No meat on my sub. In town for a baseball tournament. We ordered 4 subs for pick up and mine did not have meat! I returned to the store for a gift card, as requested, only to be told they did not have gift cards?!?!? Seriously! Still waiting for owner to credit. Terrible customer service!
