Our family had a gathering in the private room. Staff was amazingly attentive, gracious and super efficient! Even though appetites were iffy, the comfort of Mama Mia's food was perfect!
If you like "everything but fish," (anchovies), the EBF is a Mama Mia's classic. I personally don't like it when a restaurant adds too many green peppers, (sometimes it overwhelms the other flavors), and Mama Mia's get's it just right. The green peppers are there as a flavor enhancer and not the only thing you taste. It's an outstanding pizza, especailly if you like a cracker crust, which are so popular in the greater Milwaukee area.
A little disappointed ?Waited FOREVER for them to I reopen. Supposedly they remodeled but not too much of a change. That is what the long wait was for-so we understood. The pizza quality went down. We asked for marinara for our bread and it came out cold. Who serves cold marinara? Service and food quality was down. Well wait a while before going back.
