Just dropped in to grab a quick brisket sandwich to go because I was in a hurry to get back to work. I never put any sauce on my personally smoked briskets. I unfortunately should have said yes when offered sauce. As juicy as it looked, and don't get me wrong, there was some decent juiciness to it, there were some dry bites, and I should have at least asked for mayo on the bun. Smokiness was okay. My second time at this chain. Have had take-out both times. Love, love love it! I also like the theme & decor. The only problem is that I tend to order way too much and I haven't figured out which sauce I like best. Definitely recommend you give it a try. The ribs are fantastic!
