This girl gives the horrible customer service me and my bf order lemonade and sprite along with pho shrimp. She brought out the food but not the drinks…. Mind you she asked up FIRST.. “What would you like to drink”… So long story short my boyfriend asked for the drinks cause she forgot… SHE TURNS AROUND AND SAY “ IM BUSY” & rolled her eyes. She could’ve just apologized and said one moment. The food isn’t good and the place smell funny and old, the customer service isn’t great pls shut this place down or don’t waste your time, money and energy ….

Clean restaurant and really delicious food

bought pho and cơm tấm sườn bì chả to go. but didn't give us spoons and chopsticks to eat with when I was at the hotel. That stuff is so expensive that you don't dare give it to customers ?????? expensive and bad, and unprofessional service

Their pho is good, broth is a little less flavorful than some other places, but still very good. Also tried the orange chicken for the first time and it was quite good. I'm also a fan of the vermicelli dishes. Food is usually ready pretty quickly and they have online ordering which I appreciate.

This place is great! I stopped in for a quick lunch with my son and everything was delish! I got the shrimp pad thai. It was packed with shrimp and fresh veggies. The flavor was awesome and it arrived very quickly. My son got a veggie/tofu Bahn mi. The bread was crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Lots of fresh veggies and great taste!

First time here and tried a vermicelli noodle bowl. What an awesome fresh taste. Will definitely be back to try the pho.

ordered delivery. the sauce in my noodle dish spilled out all inside the bag. it was cold by the time it arrived to me which was only like 30 minutes after i placed the order. the Styrofoam container they used for my appetizer was melted through and rough on the bottom like it had been used before and they were reusing it. very sloppy and completely made me lose my appetite...the flavor/freshness of the food wasn't phenomenal to make up for this. really disappointed.

I found a new favorite with the tapioca noodle soup, but admittedly service can be hit or miss. Would not be surprised to find out that the wait staff also help with the food preparation.

There was a menu section that I noticed for the first time offering tapioca and egg noodle soups. Taking a chance to try the tapioca noodles in the beef stew was a wise choice. It's my new favorite. The broth was flavorful and slightly spicy, with large chunks of tender cooked beef and carrot.

As for the tapioca noodles they were slippery, sticky, and had a gelatinous mouth feel that made the broth of the soup linger on the tongue. If you've ever had beef tendon in pho, the tapioca noodles had the same kind of texture. I loved it, but it may not be for everyone.

The waitress disappeared for a long time, and we were waiting a while for the check to pay our meal. When she did come out, it was with food for the big table of patrons that arrived.

Overall it was a good experience, and I'll probably be coming back for that soup

I ordered here yesterday, the pho was good so I decided to order again. Today I ordered again for take out, and the service was terrible. I ordered 2 Soda Chanh Xi Muoi & 1 fried egg roll, and they were out of both of the drinks. I asked for a refund for the drinks because they already took my money and charged my card online for the pick up order.

They said no they can’t do refunds in the restaurant. I ended up having to do 2 substitutes for the drinks. The food is good, but don’t come here unless you want bad service. Be careful ordering online or they’ll steal your money and refuse to refund it back.
