This was genuinely the best pho I've ever had in my entire life, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I wept tears of joy into my bowl. The service was outstanding. I nearly ordered chicken pho with extra vegetables, but he recommended getting the vegetable pho with extra chicken instead, and I ended up with the perfect ratio of vegetables to noodles to broth. Delicious authentic Vietnamese food! Ambiance is amazing and so are the staff. Always come here whenever we’re in town. Vietnamese coffee is so good here! We had combo pho and their specialty Vietnamese curry with the traditional Vietnamese coffee.
I tried the Vegetarian Tofu Egg Noodle Stir-fry and it was excellent! The noodles were tasty, the tofu crispy yet soft inside, and the flavors were fresh and well-balanced. A healthy, satisfying dish – I’d definitely order it again!
