Food is always fresh and good. This time I ordered online and needed five brownies (for an out of town friend who loves them) and the cashier said that they only had two but she called the manager just to make sure. The manager was at home but hopped in her car and came over to dig through the stockroom and found three more brownies for me.
First time dining at Pokeworks in Brookfield, WI. As we walked in, we noticed how well this location is taken care of and how incredibly clean it was. We were coincidentally helped by the owner who was friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. She provided recommendations and sauce combinations to the make your own poke bowl, which were totally spot on. The proteins were fresh tasting. There are several topping and sauce add ons. The food portions were appropriate for the price....
I try to make it a point to shine a light on great service when I see it, and I saw it tonight. 4 friends and I met up for dinner tonight at about 630 or so and were looking for something on the healthy side...and settled on Pokeworks (I had the spicy ahi with extra protein and ramen rather than rice, I highly recommend this combo with the works and some spicy furikake sprinkle)...this woman behind the counter was rocking it SOLO! She greeted everyone when they came in, got their...
