Service at the drive thru is slow. We’ve gone 4 times and usually wait 5 minutes for service. I am used to the fast service at Chicago area Portillo’s. The food is fine, although our fries had no salt this last time.

Quite honestly, this is our fallback place for an excellent burger or chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings, and shakes. Never ever disappoints and the value for the money is fantastic. Much better than some of these other commercialized places like shake shack which in my opinion is nowhere near worth the money you're paying for it.

Classic Portillo's. Usually bustling at lunch, and kind of loud, but that's the vibe. Not a bad thing, just not the place for a quiet conversation. Food is always delicious.
