Everything was made well and cooked perfectly. It was our first time trying the Shack chicken sandwich and it was seasoned just right, juicy and crispy. Also, tried the cheese fries. 😋 When we learned SS was out of the peppermint bark shake (how I don't know? Do you run out of peppermint?), the young lady at the counter was apologetic. I tried the sticker toffee and my granddaughter had a Christmas cookie shake. They were very tasty! Friendly faces were abundant, too....

First time ever eating at a shake shack. Did a drive thru order. The food was good, hot, and made correctly. Only complaint is they got my drink order incorrect. But it could've been both the traffic and rain making it hard to hear me (I ordered a passionade with boba drink and didn't get the boba).

Hampton inn next door would not let me charge my phone. Said it was because of loitering. But the staff at the shake shack let me charge my phone so I would be able to board my bus and get back to California. The staff at the shake shack will help people in need when others won't.
