Super friendly neighborhood place where you walk in and are welcomed by smiling staff and greeted with smiles from other visitors sitting at the bar and at tables. It just feels like the old days, a comfortable place where you can enjoy conversation with fellow diners and make new friends. Safe, comfort.
Love the “regulars” type of feel to the restaurant and that it’s the same staff time after time. I also love that they offer a wide variety of specials that aren’t considered typical “bar food” so I can pick something new from the menu every time!
Chicken strips and fried fish was very greasy this time. It is usually very good.
