Waited 45 min for them to make a simple 2 person order, we even ordered ahead on the app. They accidentally gave my order away to other customers twice before actually making my order and handing it to me. But even then items were missing from the bag and had to beg for them to make the additional item.
Don’t waste your time go someplace else. It’s clear this franchise owner doesn’t care at all anymore.

They never make dine n app orders until you ask. Twice now waited 20 minutes or longer for my on order. People ordering on kiosk after me getting served first. Have to always ask where my order is at if I can flag them down. Theres an order ready shelf but never seen it used.

Getting bad again, place a mobile order. Show up 15min later and they haven’t started because the cashier is outside taking personal calls. Oh I just sent it now. What’s the point of order ahead if I have to wait 30 min so you can take personal calls?

Lady working drive thru was super sweet. It was pretty late on a thursday night and it did take awhile to get our food but she was so nice and our order was correct and fresh!

So many bad reviews but this was probably one of the best experiences at a taco bell ever. We came late but still received amazing service, the lady who helped us was so nice and she definitely deserves a raise
