About The Craft Room

The Craft Room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a clean and well-maintained dining area serving a typical continental breakfast. The Long Island iced teas, cheese curds, and BBQ chicken flatbread are highly recommended. The staff, including Valarie the bartender/server, are kind, pleasant, and attentive. However, the hotel may benefit from improved signage to direct customers to the bar and food area. Unfortunately, the hotel has faced challenges, including weak water pressure, outdated air conditioners, and a lack of refills on the consierge level. Despite these issues, the staff and management, including Manager Omar, strive to provide excellent service.
