“four and a half stars really... knocking off that half star bc i only give 5 full stars to complete standout/shout from the rooftop places. everything was good here - service, ambiance, food. the menu covers it all - mexican and tex mex plus all the margaritas and cocktails. really no complaints! the food is good, again nothing memorable but good enough to spread the word. our server was extremely attentive and personable and food came out fast. this is definitely not a typical mexican restaurant - it really is a pub with mexican food... with a bit of biker bar feel ;) lots of character!“
“Got carry out on a Sunday night. Something about the food wasn’t the same. The portion seemed smaller and there was not much sauce. My daughter’s Mac and cheese turned out well but not the pan noodles or montemore chicken. I do not like that they do not ask you the size, they assume you want the larger portion. Every single time they forget to put the crispy in the bag and we have made it a habit to check the bag every single time.“
“The corned beef breakfast is one of the best I've had. The potatoes are crispy and delicious. The eggs are fluffy and bouncy. The corned beef is smoked and chunked off of an.actuwl brisket. Far better than a hotel restaurant should be. So very good. Biscuits and gravy were a big surprise, too!“
“I've been here 3 times and the place has not disappointed at all. I got Monday's $7 build your own grilled cheese and it was the bomb! The $7 comes with choice of cheese (up to 3 slices) a dipping sauce and a choice of homemade chips or French fries. I got 2 slices of American and 1 slice of cheddar with spicy mayo dipping sauce. I upgraded my sandwich with grilled onions $.50 extra and bacon $1.50 extra and upgraded for $2 more for the sweet potato fries. For a total of $11! It was worth every penny ?“
