“JJ’s is the real deal. A community pub with an eclectic Irish tap list. McAuliffe’s has live music regularly and has supported local musicians since the 90’. They are the US address for Scottish bagpipe metal band: The Red Hot Chili Pipers. They probably have good scotch options. I’ll have to go back and see.“

“Friendly service and DELICIOUS steak tacos. My boyfriend and I have already been 3 times within the last two weeks because they are that good. A good atmosphere and drink selection as well. You have to try the guacamole and green sauce on the tacos as well. Big fans!!“

“Had some time on my hands and was driving by and noticed that the bar was open and decided to stop in for a quick beer and to use the facilities . Swift Kick is a fairly small and simple corner establishment with a one of those neat horse shoe shaped bars with the back bar in the center , you can see pretty much everyone that is there and I thought that was nice . The woman behind the bar was very nice and was eager to ask how she could be of service . The afternoon that I stopped seemed to have an older clientele and they were all friendly . It's clean and I would certainly stop in again if in the area . Parking is all on the street . If ya like quaint little spots , stop by and check out theSwift Kick Pub .“
“Reserved the backroom for a larger party and James was absolutely wonderful to work with. The bartenders did a great job with managing all the folks coming up for drinks. The backroom was wonderful for the event with an additional bathroom, extra seating, and televisions. Thanks James!“

“Nina is excellent and bubbling with personality. This pub is perfect for me. A slightly older crowd above 40, music set for those that desire a easier style. And a small outside area with a TV to follow the sport of the day. A cool neighborhood pub.“

The items on display are one of a kind, and knowledge the bar owners have about this establishment and the items on display is rare these days. “Very nice pub, local feel. It was really busy, but seated quickly. Our waitress was very attentive and Manager even stopped by to check in as well. I enjoyed the baked French Onion soup for starters and the patty melt was delicious as well. Definitely look forward to coming back and try dessert.“

“Had 1 drink and ordered food to go. One bartender was friendly. Another, all she could do is complain, with foul language about everything in her life and loud enough so we could all hear her. Not a place u want to stay and eat in, but th takeout was good!“
